Producing cross-sections
what you need ruler, pencil and seperate A4 paper
a cross section is
a section created by a plane cutting a solid perpendicular to its longest axis
choose a point on the map where you want to start mark it "A"
Make "B" on your finishing point\
Measure with your ruler from point "A" to "B"
Draw a line of the same measurement on the separate A4 sheet
Draw two vertical lines on either side
Using the contour lines that are on the map to make a general scale
using specific points from "A" to "B" on the map
mark on the separate piece of paper
finaly join these dots together
